About the Role

This is a P&L role, where the person will drive the entire channel partners business that consists of selling our teas on channels such as Amazon/Flipkart/Big Basket and others. This business adds a significant portion of our overall top line and is very critical to the growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving the product and brand growth including all marketing activities across geographies in line with overall business strategy
  • Build and drive the selection, range plan including pricing and promotion strategy
  • Work closely with the Finance and Operations to forecast and develop operational targets, drive efficiencies in logistics and delivery for a healthy bottom-line
  • Building scalable processes for refining current sales forecasting, inventory planning, catalogue operations and competitive benchmarking
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with key channel partners to ensure smooth functioning of the business
  • Identify opportunities across existing/new channels and pursue the same with a strong bias for action

Requirements

Qualification & Skills:

  • Graduate 4+ years of experience in e-commerce category management
  • Hands-on with key category operations- including range planning, forecasting, pricing, promotions and inventory management
  • Superior analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to root cause and quickly identify trends, insights
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and be able to build robust and scalable processes
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication skills with a high degree of ownership and attention to detail
